Flipward Privacy Policy
Last updated:
LiteFeel (Individual Developer) develops Flipward (Android package: com.litefeel.flipward), a game for people aged 13 and older. Local gameplay does not require Google sign-in. We do not ask for a birthday or verify an individual player’s age.
ON-DEVICE GAME DATA
Flipward saves progress, scores, achievements, preferences and pending online submissions on your device. Clearing app storage deletes these local records and resets progress. Platform backup services may handle eligible app data under their own policies.
GOOGLE PRIVACY CHOICES AND REWARDED ADS
On Android, Google UMP manages applicable advertising and Analytics choices. When required, you can revisit them through Privacy Choices in the game. Your choices do not prevent local gameplay. Google may provide personalized, non-personalized or limited ads, or no ads. Non-personalized ads may still use storage or identifiers. Google’s protections for recognized children and teenagers continue to apply.
Rewarded ads are optional and offered after a failed endless run. Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses, approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Advertising ID access depends on consent and platform rules.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
On Android, Firebase Analytics automatically processes gameplay events and device, app and installation information to help us understand gameplay and improve the game. Events include starts, outcomes, route and practice activity, retries, achievements and scores. Google may derive approximate location from IP addresses.
Storage and advertising consent start denied and are updated based on UMP. Advanced Consent Mode may send limited measurement signals even when consent is denied. When Analytics storage is permitted and you are signed in, your Play Games player ID may be linked to Analytics records. Events before sign-in are not linked later. The game does not send names, email addresses, tokens or feedback contents to Analytics.
AUTOMATIC CRASH REPORTING
Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects Android crash and error reports for stability and troubleshooting, independently of advertising and Analytics choices. Reports include stack traces, game state, app version, device/OS details and installation/session identifiers. The current Play Games player ID may be attached; we stop attaching it when the account is lost, changes or the session ends. Firebase generally retains Crashlytics reports for 90 days before removal begins.
GOOGLE PLAY GAMES
Flipward automatically attempts Google sign-in at startup. Google manages account eligibility, parental restrictions and sign-in. Cancellation or failure does not prevent local play. When signed in, the game submits achievements and leaderboard scores for that account. Google processes player identifiers, profile information, achievements, scores and service diagnostics under its policies and visibility settings.
Flipward does not create a LiteFeel account or copy profile names, email addresses or tokens into LiteFeel reporting. Pending submissions are not transferred between accounts. Manage or delete Google-held game data through Google’s controls.
AUTOMATIC LITEFEEL REPORTS
LiteFeel automatically receives update checks and, on Android, hardware, route and gameplay reports:
- Update checks: a random installation identifier, language, platform, channel and version, for updates and compatibility.
- Hardware reports: language, app version, OS major version, device model, GPU, approximate memory range and a per-report random identifier, to assess device compatibility. These reports contain no account or installation identifier.
- Route milestones: an installation identifier, language, route and step, to understand route progress.
- Gameplay events: a per-event random identifier, language, version, event time and gameplay details, to understand game activity. These events contain no installation, account or advertising identifier.
These reports run independently of Google privacy choices, ads and Play Games sign-in. There is no in-game reporting switch. Offline play remains available.
The receiving service is in Seoul, South Korea. Its service records are kept for 30 days for update observations and 90 days for hardware, route and gameplay reports. Application databases do not retain IP addresses; network services process connection addresses for delivery, security and rate limiting.
PLAYER FEEDBACK
Choosing Feedback opens Tally with game version, language, device/OS details and current game context. Opening the form does not submit it. Tally may process browser/network information, submitted text, optional contact details and attachments. We use feedback to investigate issues and reply. Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
PROVIDERS, TRANSFERS AND RETENTION
Google provides advertising, privacy messaging, Analytics, crash reporting and game services; Tally hosts feedback. Providers may process information outside your country. See Google Privacy, Google Advertising, Firebase Privacy and Tally Privacy.
Google-held records follow its service retention policies. LiteFeel retains identifiable records and feedback only as long as needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements.
DATA DELETION AND CONTACT
Email support@litefeel.com with subject “Flipward data deletion” to request deletion or exercise applicable privacy rights. Provide only what is needed to locate your records, such as approximate dates, a feedback contact address or the reference available through Privacy in the game. This reference helps locate update and route records, but cannot identify every hardware report or gameplay event. Do not send identity documents or unnecessary information about a child.
Requests cover identifiable data held by LiteFeel, subject to applicable retention requirements. Google’s account controls are separate and do not automatically delete LiteFeel-held records. We aim to respond within 30 days of receipt, or sooner if required by law. If a lawful extension is needed, we will notify you within the applicable response period.
Flipward is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was collected in a way that requires parental consent. The game does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions. LiteFeel updates this policy when its practices change.
